Deicide

Tampa, FL · formed 1987

Started as Amon in 1987 and became known for blasphemous, anti-Christian themes and for frontman Glen Benton's branded forehead. Albums such as Once Upon the Cross (1995) and Serpents of the Light (1997) kept them at the forefront of Florida death metal.
